Terms of Service

These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Red Impact LLC (doing business as Kodo). If you use Kodo on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for account credentials and all activities under your account.
• You must promptly notify us of unauthorized access or security incidents.

Kodo provides AI assistant tooling, integrations, and billing-managed access to platform capabilities. Features may change over time and may vary by plan.

The service relies on third-party providers (for example payment processors, hosting providers, model providers, and messaging integrations). Your use of connected third-party platforms is subject to those providers' terms.

• Paid plans and credit packs are billed through Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.
• Plan changes and cancellations are managed through the billing portal.
• Credit packs are non-cash-value usage credits subject to our refund policy.
• You are responsible for applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

You may not misuse the service, interfere with security, or use Kodo for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.

You retain rights to your content. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and transmit content to provide the service. AI outputs may contain errors and should be reviewed before business-critical use.

Kodo, including software, branding, and service design, is owned by Red Impact LLC (doing business as Kodo) and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our IP.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, security risks, legal compliance, or non-payment.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local law applies.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated version with a revised effective date.
