Refund Policy

This policy explains cancellations, refunds, and billing adjustments for Kodo plans and credits.

1. Subscription Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring cycle. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal. Cancellations stop future renewals and take effect at the end of the current billing period.

2. Subscription Refunds

Except where required by law, subscription payments are non-refundable once charged, including for partial billing periods, unused time, or downgraded plans.

3. Credit Pack Purchases

Credit pack purchases are generally final and non-refundable, except in cases of billing error, duplicate charge, or as otherwise required by law.

4. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge date at contact@kodoagent.com. Include your account email, charge date, and transaction details so we can investigate promptly.

5. Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback, please contact us so we can attempt to resolve the issue. We may suspend access during unresolved payment disputes.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted with a revised effective date.
